Beech House
We support six people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, challenging behaviour and communication issues. We understand that each individual has their own needs and work flexibly to make sure these are met. Everyone is supported to take part in meaningful activities and we use a range of communication techniques with support from a speech and language therapist. Everyone has the opportunity to attend house meetings and to be involved in the running of the service, whether this is through cooking, gardening or cleaning. People are supported to experience opportunities for personal development, both within the service and in the wider community. This may include making use of local sporting facilities and social clubs, or going on holiday. Reading and Bracknell College, which offers a range of courses, is also within easy reach.
