A 1.5-hour workshop aimed at parents who are exploring their own autistic identity and/or considering a diagnosis, looking at masking and positives and challenges of being an autistic parent.

Join us for our free Drop-in Coffee Morning at Sips and Giggles Cafe.

We will be on-hand to offer advice, support and guidance for parents, carers and personal assistants of Autistic children, young people and adults (no diagnosis required), in a relaxed and informal environment.

In-person, informal conversations for any parent or carer who would like to give some thought to the relationships and understanding of their children.
