Portage is a home based educational service for pre-school children 0-5 with additional support needs and their families. The Bradford Portage service is registered with the National Portage Association: www.portage.org.uk. The Portage Team is based within the SEN Early Intervention Team Department of Children's Services. Portage Home visitor's visit fortnightly in the home working in partnership with parents to deliver the Portage early education model making play learning and interaction fun for the whole family. We run a Portage family support group at Owlet Children and Family Centre.
