clrcounselling
I am Clare le Roux, and I originally trained as a teacher in Further Education working with students ranging from 16-55 years working with a variety of disabilities and difficulties. Whilst teaching I decided to train as an Integrative Counsellor and, after training, specialised in therapy for people with a learning disability and mental illness. I live and work in Devon and the surrounding areas of the southwest of England. I offer therapy to clients in care homes, supported living, or work with them to further their independent living skills. I am an accredited counsellor and member of MBACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists). I work according to the guidelines of MBACP Ethical Frame Work and receive regular supervision for all of my counselling practice. I offer face to face counselling and sand tray work for clients.
