Create Support Integrative Creative Counselling

Hi! I’m Cesca Myles (she/her), I believe that art and self-expression can be powerful tools for healing and growth. I support people from all backgrounds including Austim, ADHD and other neurodiversity, as well as their families and friends.

I am a sibling of an autistic person, have my own lived experiance and work supporting people who have additional needs to access arts in the community and creative wellbeing. If you experiance depression and low mood, stress, social difficulties or anxiety, workplace stress, burn out or Create Support sessions offer you time and space to explore your mental health using creativity as an alternative to talking therapies, to express yourself and work out problems using the arts.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for our sessions either in person or online, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings using various art forms—this could include visual arts like drawing, painting, clay, or explore writing, movement or drama. You don’t need to think of yourself as creative or an amazing artist; just bring yourself with openness and curiosity. You may be new to counselling and therapy or have used it many times before; I respect you’re on a unique path towards making positive changes in your life. My integrative approach to counselling honours your individuality and uses my knowledge of different forms of counselling and neurodiversity to be person-centred to your needs. Together, we’ll uncover what you feel works for you and tailor our approach as and when we need to. Whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, grief, or life transitions, we’ll find a way forward.

Beyond talk therapy, I offer practical tools where you’ll learn how to express yourself creatively, which can enhance your self-awareness, to identify areas in your life that are troubling you and help you better cope with change. I have a strongly compassionate approach and our work together will aim to empower you to face challenges with newfound strength. By engaging in creative processes, you’ll build coping skills, boost self-esteem, and find joy in self-discovery, giving you choice and opportunity in a safe space to talk. If you’d like to chat further or schedule a free initial call, feel free to reach out.
