Dr Antonella Brunetti offers a neuro-affirming approach to diagnostic assessment for autism for people aged 17+. Her approach is to support the client in understanding their own unique autistic profile of needs in which to navigate autistic well-being. The diagnostic approach draws on NICE guidelines but is also sensitive to autistic culture and the inner/ lived experience of the autistic person. Antonella understands that other neurodiversity e.g. ADHD can also accompany autism and can signpost for any further adjunctive assessment or support that may be required.

Antonella does not subscribe to a 'medical' or 'disorder' narrative around autism. She encourages clients to actively value (and take care of) their lovely uniqueness in supporting their emotional health and ability to function well in the world.

Antonella offers psychological consultation and therapy to autistic people in terms of supporting greater autistic well-being. She offers consultations to parents/ family members in supporting their autistic loved-one or family member.

Antonella also offers Schema Therapy modified for autistic adults in order to address any complex trauma (cPTSD) the person may be struggling with.
