I am a late diagnosed autistic adult with 20+ years experience of advising/mentoring and coaching students and staff in Higher Education about all things autistic and how to manage adjustments both at work and study.

Registered with Department of Education to work with autistic university students who are in receipt of Disabled Students Allowance & Private Mentoring/Coaching with autistic people 16+

Experienced in working with autistic employees through Access to Work/privately- taking a deep dive into the demands of working in a non-autistic environment such as hot desking, open plan offices and all things related to sensory sensitivity and requesting reasonable adjustments.

Experienced and open to providing adult autism awareness for staff in workplaces, GP surgeries, Charities and Citizen Advice Bureaus

One hour sessions: investigating the possibility of being autistic/whether to seek a diagnosis/ sharing the experience and strengths of being autistic/ understanding autism/ discussing and problem solving together the challenges that come from the environment/ non-autistic community/social interactions/work/study/life!

Service delivered on zoom or in person at the University of the person's studies/ workplace within Canterbury/Thanet area.
