We are a specialised autism centre whom offer unique, bespoke service s and support to a variety of people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health concerns. We offer a mixture of service, all of which can be adapted to meet the persons assessed needs and preferences in a personal centred manner.
We have the lifestyle learning – which support people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, the service has bespoke base rooms for the people we support to have their own area and they have a robust staff team who are understanding of their communication needs.
The vocational service offers skills set learning adapted to people assessed daily living skills, the service is set to a work shop environment an offers a variety of tailored sessions in carpentry, pottery, horticulture, tapestry, arts and crafts, cooking, baking, and community integration.
The outdoor learning service offers a range of external activities and are involved in group work schedules, such as project work, litter picking, forest walking, hiking, swimming, paddle boating, cannoning, kayaking, swimming trampolining,
New Mill court is a service which support people through social enterprise, they work with the community and local businesses to enhance people’s social interactional skills and their development into the community. They have links with colleges, local volunteer centres for work based learning, such as arts straws, dog waking and they have a great IT suite to help promote internet safety and computer literacy.
Lonlas is our ground maintenance service, we have contract where the people we support help maintain the grounds of building and garden areas. The service is set up using the principles of teach and mirrors positive support in austism services for the remainder of the service to grow and develop.
