We provide care packages to some of the most vulnerable and complex adults in the UK. Over half the people we support have moved directly to their own home with a Gray Healthcare package of care from either a locked or secure hospital. Many of the people in our care display behaviours that have been considered too challenging to ever be able to safely support in a community setting and a package of care with us is a final chance to live an 'ordinary life' in a home of their own. The people in our care have ongoing therapeutic needs and receive ongoing clinical support from our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). We can provide 24-hour packages of care from 1:1 support to 3:1 support.
