I am an AuDHD counsellor who works exclusively with neurodivergent clients of whom 90% are autistic. I provide counselling that is neuro-affirming and that recognises the impact trauma plays on the lives of people who are ND. Working online means that I am available to anyone needing help within the UK who would prefer this to come from someone with lived experience.

Service is delivered online or over the telephone. I am based in South East Essex but do not see clients in person.
