- Pre-diagnosis and newly-diagnosed support
- Curious about going for an assessment or not

- Business plans and ideas
- Time and task management
- Vision fulfilment and making big decisions
- Working out who you are and what you want to be
- Turn distractions into attractions!

I also help parents and siblings of autistic people. Coaching is quality time to talk and think with an expert, in confidence. I will help you take the right action - for YOU, and to make the changes you want and need. I will walk with you every step of the way, including helping you celebrate your changes and new life! Increasing your self-awareness can be scary, but with proper help it can be done. I know because I've done it! I know what it is to be at the lowest points with Autism and ADHD, but also the highest.
With a super-clear grasp of strengths-focussed approaches, I help Autistic and ADHD people to recover and thrive, using their power to transform their own lives. I've worked for many years for national and international organisations. I've helped hundreds of people (see testimonies on website).
