Linda Henderson Counselling
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a specialism in Autism and all associated with it. I have lived experience of Autistic Spectrum Condition and am a parent to 2 children on the Autistic Spectrum. I have experience of working with those on the Autistic Spectrum, both diagnosed and undiagnosed and supporting their parents and carers.
I am an integrative counsellor with a person centred focus meaning I can tailor the therapy to suit your individual needs and am committed to building up a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. My approach is gentle and empathic and I offer a space of safety, warmth and acceptance where you can completely be yourself, be truly heard and talk through your difficulties without fear of judgement. I work with whatever you wish to bring to therapy: this may be struggles with anxiety or depression, difficulties with relationships, work, life changes or bereavement. It may be that you are feeling stuck or that something is not quite working within your life currently. I offer a free 15 minute consultation so you can see if you would like to work with me and ask any questions. I am a registered member of the BACP and have been practicing for over 5 years.
