The Oaks (Autonomy Life)

The Oaks (Autonomy Life)

Autonomy Care Group
The Oaks is a friendly home for adults who have learning disabilities and may present behaviours that challenge. Its location in the Link area of Malvern features both the Malvern Hills as a backdrop and the Link Common to the front of the home, both of which provide ideal venues for service users who enjoy an active lifestyle or simply the great outdoors.

The accommodation includes a main house which has up to 6 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. It also has an attached ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and its own seperate facilities. Within close proximity of the home there is a comprehensive range of facilities including a leisure centre, swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and theatre. The town also has an adult education college and sports centre. Service users are supported to pursue their hobbies and interests. An 'open visiting' policy is operated at the home.

Referrals are usually made through Social Services, self referrals are also accepted.
