As an integrative counsellor with a person-centred basis, I offer you bespoke counselling, in a non-judgmental, safe space. I have a passion for offering accessible, inclusive counselling; I listen empathically to what you need and offer in person, online or home visit counselling where appropriate.

I specialise in offering flexibility to neurodivergent clients; my home is in a quiet location or I can work online and discuss adjustments to ensure equality of access to all. I offer an initial consultation free to discuss what you would like to get out of counselling, how I work and whether we would be a good fit. Session are then £50 per hour.

My services are catered for people on the Autism spectrum and/with challenging behaviour or/and mental health issues or/and physical disabilities. I offer in person counselling at my home in Basingstoke. Online counselling is available to anyone in the UK. I can travel for home visits within 20 miles of Basingstoke.

I am a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their standards and ethical principles. My background is in the medical profession and I have 10 years experience working in roles in the mental health sector. Please get in contact if you have any queries.
