Rhondda Cynon Taf branch

The National Autistic Society
The National Autistic Society's Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) branch provides support and information for autistic people and their families, as well as those going through the diagnosis process. RCT branch hold monthly meetings at various venues in RCT.

We have regular guest speakers, organise courses and events, and support parents/carers through the diagnosis process and beyond. All are welcome to attend. Our main aim is to provide high quality social and leisure experiences for autistic children and young people, whilst being supported by the branch. We provide a range of fun activities where autistic children and their families can make friends and enjoy experiences together, which include:
  • Exclusive, weekly, family evenings at a local soft play centre, FuZe, each Wednesday from 6.30-8pm.
  • An exclusive youth club at Canolfan Pentre from 6.30-8pm every Monday
  • An exclusive gym and family swimming session (with inflatables) at Bronwydd Pool in Porth from 3-4pm on the last Sunday of every month.

Please contact our branch for further information on termly events such as bowling, trampolining and cinema trips, plus outdoor activities. Our branch also hosts a monthly coffee morning for parents/carers to meet up, relax and share experiences.
