Ros Evans Coaching

Ros Evans Coaching

My focus is on providing empathetic and pragmatic support, working with you to raise your self-awareness and to develop and implement strategies to improve your performance and wellbeing at work and advance your career.

I provide coaching and mentoring support for adults in employment and for those who are seeking career guidance. I’m here to help you realise your strengths, skills and talents and to understand how being neurodivergent impacts you particularly at work.

My background is in psychology and learning and development and leadership consultancy. I have worked for the National Autistic Society and other specialist mentoring providers. I have both personal and professional experience of working with autistic adults and people with co-occurring or other neurodiverse conditions in particular ADHD. I am an award winning life and corporate coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation and the British Psychological Society.

Coaching helps you as an employee thrive rather than survive in the work place by utilising your strengths and helping you to better self advocate for support and reasonable adjustments. A key part of the coaching focuses on developing skills and strategies in managing challenges with communication and interpersonal issues, dealing with change, conflict, sensory overload, energy management, anxiety, planning, procrastination, time management etc. Mentoring and advice can, with your consent, also be offered to line managers and employers to raise awareness of autism and other neurodiverse conditions and to enable them to better support and manange their team member.

I recognise the unique experiences and needs of each autistic person and the need to personalise my approach to support you. We will meet at a time and frequency that suits you for a virtual 1:1 session. We will agree your specific coaching objectives in advance and work towards achieving them in a structured, safe environment at your own pace. All sessions are virtual. I offer a free 30 minute introductory meeting.
