Sarah Mckimm Counselling

Sarah Mckimm Counselling

I am a qualified counsellor (BACP & NCPS registered) offering tailored support for autistic individuals in a way that truly meets their needs. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, recognising and respecting the unique ways autistic people experience the world.

I provide a safe, accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without pressure. Sessions are adapted to suit your preferences, whether that means clear, direct communication, structured sessions, alternative forms of engagement, or sensory-friendly adjustments.

As a neurodiversity advocate and safeguarding lead at Unmasked Neurodiversity Network CIC, I understand the challenges of navigating a world that often isn’t designed for autistic people. Whether you’re seeking support for mental health, burnout, relationships, or self-acceptance, I work with you at your own pace, in a way that feels comfortable for you.
