SNAP 16+ is an introductory agency placing experienced Personal Assistants (PA's), buddies, carers, enablers and facilitators to teenagers and young adults with additional needs. SNAP16+ is a division of SNAP childcare which has been placing special needs nannies, carers and buddies to support families since 2001. We place people to work with teenagers and young adults living in their own homes with support, within the family home or in a hospital or rehabilitation setting. We work directly with clients managing their own care, with parents, guardians and case managers and social workers..
