Spectrum First is a support and training organisation specialising in autism, ADHD and AuDHD. We provide one-to-one mentoring and coaching for students in further and higher education, and also adults in the workplace. In addition, we create and deliver neurodiversity acceptance training for companies who wish to learn how to best support their neurodivergent staff.

Most of our work is funded by the Government’s DSA (Disabled Students’ Allowance) and Access to Work funding, although corporate training can be paid for privately.

The support we provide is person-centred, grounded in the social and critical models of disability and informed by the latest research in autism and wider neurodivergence.
