I’m a Neurodivergent Counsellor.

I work with both Adults and Teens (15 and older).

You can have sessions with me online across the UK or on-person in Stourbridge, West Midlands.

We can schedule sessions weekly, every two weeks, or just as needed.

I support people from all walks of life , and I have special interests in neurodiversity , religious trauma , kink and adoption.

I see autism , ADHD, and other neurodivergent traits as natural variations in human experience rather than disorders.

My approach mixes different techniques to suit your personal needs, preferences, and goals , focusing mainly on a humanistic approach , while being open to other techniques in a supportive way.

I am also qualified to provide adoption support counselling.

Professional Memberships:

- Member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy)

- Accredited Member of NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society)

Qualifications:

- Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

- Level 3 and Level 2 Certificates in Counselling

- CBT Diploma

- Certificate in Adoption Support Counselling.

I provide confidential and non-judgmental Counselling to individuals on the Autistic Spectrum , including both those who are diagnosed and those who are not, as well as their families or partners.

The cost for a 50 minutes ession is between £25 and £55. I also offer a free 15-minute phone or Zoom call to help us see if we feel we can work together .

I follow the ethical guidelines from the BACP and continuously seek supervision for my counselling work.

Sessions can be done in person, online nline , or over the phone .
