Trusted Minds Therapy

Are you or a loved one facing anxiety, grief, or relationship difficulties?

I provide compassionate, professional counselling for adults, family members, children 12 plus and couples, in-person, walk-and-talk sessions, online or by email, working at your pace.

I am a mental health professional with a Level 5 qualification in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, I draw on my experience in mental health and work in schools to support you to navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship issues, AuADHD and life transitions, increasing your well-being and supporting meaningful changes, in a safe and supportive environment, with most clients seeing improvements in 6 weeks.

I believe counselling can lead to lasting positive changes in emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

My own experience with therapy inspires my commitment to this work.
