Tushmore Lane close to Crawley, West Sussex is a small residential service supporting younger adults aged 20-40 years who have learning disabilities, autism and a range of additional complex needs, including epilepsy and other cognitive needs.                      

Ideal for younger adults transitioning from home or perhaps an educational setting, this homely, welcoming setting offers 4 bedrooms, all with large en-suite bathrooms which consist of either a bath or bath and shower.

With a modern, open plan layout Tushmore also has four communal areas including a kitchen, lounge and conservatory. There is also a large garden which is used by the supported individuals to grow their own vegetables.

The friendly team offer a personalised package of support, whereby the focus is on supporting greater independence and helping individuals to develop daily living, social and life skills. Some people attend local college courses to gain qualifications and others have access to community work opportunities too.

Shopping, cleaning, planning and cooking meals for themselves and others is all part of life for people living at Tushmore.  There are also themed events and social opportunities and individuals are encouraged to get involved as much as they can.                                      

Close to the large town of Crawley there are lots of local amenities, including excellent transport links, making it even easier for individuals to be as active as they want in the local community.
