Your Autism Mentor

Your Autism Mentor

Individual mentoring support and advice for autistic and neurodivergent young people and adults. My person-centred mentoring approach supports individuals to have their voices heard, to self-advocate and use their own strengths to reach their aspirations, to ‘be their best selves‘ and help break down barriers obstructing their success. Areas of focus include: post-diagnostic support and understanding; support in education and for those who are unable to access education due to overwhelming anxiety in these environments; support in the workplace and introducing reasonable adjustments; emotional regulation and literacy; understanding sensory sensitivities; high levels of anxiety.

Mentoring sessions are tailored to the individual and includes individuals who do not have a diagnosis, identify as neurodivergent or having social communication differences. Accessibility to mentoring sessions is flexible and can be offered on-line via zoom (with or without camera and microphone as preferred), by telephone, or face-to-face within the mentees' homes (within areas of south-east London and west Kent.
