Autism and Five Senses

An online information session looking at sensory processing differences.

This session will focus on the following senses, hypo- and hypersensitovitoes and how best to support them:

  • Sight / Visual
  • Smell
  • Taste
  • Hearing / Sound
  • Touch

This is an online event with Loren Snow as facilitator.

Loren Snow is an autistic adult with over ten years’ experience teaching parents of autistic children, autistic adults, and NHS staff to understand autism.

They work with NHS England supporting autistic patients' care in psychiatric hospitals and as Devon's lead trainer for the new mandatory NHS training on Autism and Learning Disability.

The session will be held online using Zoom, joining details will be sent to ticket holders in advance. This session is free. It is for parents and carers of autistic individuals (no diagnosis required) living in South West England - you must be registered in advance .
