This session will help you to understand why your autistic family member is at an increased risk of experiencing mental health difficulties and learn how to promote and maintain mental wellbeing.

This session aims to

• Increase understanding of autistic experiences.
• Support your family member in developing a positive understanding of their autistic identity.
• Support your family member in developing strategies to achieve and maintain good mental health.

This is an online session which will be held using Zoom.
