  • Ideas to help promote better sleep

The session will be facilitated by Vicky Cooksley who is a certified sleep coach specialising in autism & sleep.

The session is free and will be delivered over Zoom. It is for parents and carers of autistic individuals (no diagnosis required) living in South West England you must be registered in advance .
