Autism, the perspective of women and girls
Online Session for parents/carers & Personal Assistants of autistic children, young people, and adults or those on the diagnostic pathway.
Event details
In recent years, there has been a great amount of research into how and why autism can look so different in girls and women.
This session will be a safe space to share your experiences with others who have been through similar personally.
Would you like to talk to others who are going through the same as you and share what has worked, or not worked for you as a family?
Great Minds Together is holding this online session for parents/carers & Personal Assistants of autistic children, young people and adults on the diagnostic pathway living in the North West of England (however, no diagnosis is needed).
The session will be facilitated by one of our Peer Educators who has lived experience.
Our Drop-In is free to attend and is held virtually online.
