How our senses can help us to understand our body’s signals and emotions

Would you like to explore what sensory barriers our loves ones might be facing?

In this session we will be covering our inner body sense which is called Interoception.

Interoception is the sense that allows us to answer, ‘How do I Feel?’ and we will be discussing how this can impact our emotional regulation.

Would you like to chat with other parents and carers who are going through similar experiences and share ideas and strategies?

Great Minds Together is holding this online session for parents/carers & Personal Assistants of autistic children, young people and adults on the diagnostic pathway living in the North West of England (however, no diagnosis is needed).

The session will be facilitated by one of our Peer Educators who has lived experience.

Our Drop-In is free to attend and is held virtually online.
