• Recognising mental health difficulties
• Exploring ways to initiate conversations about mental health with autistic loved ones
• Understanding how to access mental health services locally and more
   

Who are Peer Educators?
Our Peer Educators have lived experience of autism, as parents, carers or siblings of autistic people and/or autistic people. Our Peer Educators are here to provide you with information and signposting. They are not subject matter experts or counsellors. They provide an opportunity to parents, carers and family members the chance to learn more about various topics and be share lived experience of autism.
