A free online information session for parents and carers of young autistic people (no diagnosis required) in South West England. The session is on transition to adulthood and it will cover the following key areas of the transition process:

• Preparing for transition
• Moving to further or higher education, employment or training
• Social care and supported living

The session will be held online using Zoom, joining details will be sent to ticket holders in advance of the session. The facilitaor for this session is Loren Snow.
