Our Transitions to Secondary School workshop will seek to:

• Boost your knowledge of what transitions are, and what they look like in a Secondary School.

• Help you understand considerations when supporting autistic young people, and their impact on transitions.

• Inform you as parents and carers of your options in terms of schooling, and educational support for your autistic young person.

• Provide you with actionable strategies and tips to better offer, and advocate support for your autistic young person during their transition into Secondary School.
