Understanding autistic overwhelm, meltdowns and shutdowns

Would you like to know more about autistic overwhelm, meltdowns and shutdowns and what we can do to help our loved ones?

Would you like to chat with others who are going through the same as you and share what has worked, or not worked for you and your family?

Great Minds Together is holding this online session for parents/carers & Personal Assistants of autistic children, young people and adults on the diagnostic pathway living in the North West of England (however, no diagnosis is needed).

The session will be facilitated by one of our Peer Educators who has lived experience.

Our Drop-In is free to attend and is held virtually online.

Please note a 10-minute comfort break will take place during the session.
