Autism Central is a programme that has been commissioned to support parents and carers of autistic people. However, many of our resources may also be of interest to autistic people themselves. 

If you are an autistic person who is looking for further information, you may be interested in the Autism Central podcast, which features many autistic guests who share their experiences around different aspects of autism. You can create an account on our website to access further resources that might be of interest, such as PDFs and videos on understanding autism, sensory processing differences and dealing with anxiety and overwhelm. All of our materials have been co-produced with autistic people and embrace neuroaffirmative approaches.
